Loving people

Series Overview
Loving people

Welcome to our 5 week series on feeling valued in your relationships. Do you feel undervalued in your relationships or see how superficial some of your relationships are? Are you relationships all about you and what you can get out of them?

Everyone wants to feel valued in relationships. This is such a drive in each of us that it can lead to various levels of tension or conflict.

All relationships start at a superficial level. We all desire to go from these shallow beginnings to something deeper. However, fear can often cause us to put up walls, resist vulnerability and prevent us going deeper in our relationships.

Many people approach relationships from a transactional point of view. They are all about you and what you can get, and not about what you can give. Some people approach relationships from an unequal sense of value which undermines the most basic human need of true love.

Learn how to remove the mask, and through growth towards Christ, bring understanding and depth into your relationships.
