One weekend…for all eternity!

One weekend…for all eternity!

Thursday 6th April 2023

Easter is the celebration of Jesus Christ's resurrection from the dead, which occurred three days after his crucifixion. This event is the cornerstone of our faith as Christians, and it is through Jesus' death and resurrection that we are offered salvation and redemption from our sins.

For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Col. 1:13-14 NIV

In the heart and mind of God, we were included in what Christ has achieved over this weekend. Through Jesus' death and resurrection, we have been rescued from the power of sin and death and brought into new life in him.  In this new life, we draw strength and wisdom – not from our human resources, but from the Spirit that rose Him from death. This is the ultimate act of love and grace, and it is the reason why Easter is such a significant event for Christians. What makes this so profound is that this was done once, and for all time! Let’s celebrate this Easter as we are included in this glorious reality:

With his own blood—not the blood of goats and calves—he entered the Most Holy Place once for all time and secured our redemption forever.

Heb. 9:12 NIV

The Daniel Dilemma | Church Wide Series

Starting Sunday, 30th April 2023, we will be running The Daniel Dilemma church wide series, which will go for seven weekends. We invite the whole church to participate in this series for 7 weeks.

The primary objectives of the church wide series is to “Raise and Equip Followers of Christ" and to “Love People“. The strategy we’ve employed is to go through a journey of transformation into who God wants us to be using The Daniel Dilemma church wide series. This will be reflected in our Big Church services and also in our Small Group gatherings including our kids, youth, young adults and adult generation.
